Infertility in men can be due to low sperm count, poor sperm motility, abnormal shape and size of sperm and/or problems with semen. 

Here are some suggestions to improve a man’s fertility:

  1. Watch your weight
  2. No smoking
  3. No drugs, this includes steroids
  4. Limit alcohol intake
  5. Limit time in hot tubs to less than 30 minutes
  6. No lubricants during sex
  7. Decrease your stress
  8. Exercise
  9. Take a multiple vitamin
  10. Zinc supplement –zinc is essential for sperm formation
  11. Boxers are better than briefs
  12. Vitamin C- helps prevent sperm from clumping together. Take 200-1000mg daily.
